Service description

Select My Look is a fashion discovery and styling platform that curates products and links customers to third-party retailers.

Select My Look does not manufacture, stock, sell, fulfil or deliver the products shown unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Affiliate relationship

Some links are affiliate links. Select My Look may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through those links at no additional cost to you.

Retailer responsibility

Product pricing, availability, sizes, delivery, returns, refunds, warranties and product quality are controlled by the relevant retailer. Confirm final information on the retailer’s website before purchasing.

Purchases are completed with the retailer and are subject to its terms.

Product information

SML makes reasonable efforts to keep product information current, but prices and availability may change without notice. Prices shown are catalogue prices, and the final amount payable is determined by the retailer.

AI Shopper

AI styling recommendations are suggestions only. The AI Shopper may help assemble Looks based on your preferences, budget and catalogue information. It recommends only products in the SML catalogue.

You remain responsible for final purchase decisions, including checking fit, sizes, pricing and availability with the retailer.

See It On You

Photo try-on previews are optional AI-generated style inspiration. Identity, garment details, proportions and appearance may vary. A preview does not measure your body or guarantee fit, exact likeness, product quality or availability.

Upload photos only with permission from the person shown and the rights holder. Do not upload unlawful or explicit content. Selected outfit items must exist in the SML catalogue; clothing retained from your reference photo is not a listed SML item.

Trial and monthly allowances are shown in your account. A successful preview uses one credit; failed or interrupted generations restore the reserved credit. Deleting a completed preview does not restore its credit. Testing and premium access may be managed by the owner. Paid subscriptions are not currently available through this feature and no payment is taken unless a separate billing service and clear payment terms are introduced.

Accounts

You may sign in using supported third-party providers such as Google. You are responsible for maintaining access to your own sign-in provider account.

Sign-in is optional for browsing and shopping. Account features let you save or sync your finds and preferences.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Misuse the service.
• Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, data or restricted features.
• Interfere with site operation.
• Scrape or copy protected site content at scale.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

Select My Look branding, site design, original copy, Style Edit names, curated collections and proprietary content belong to Select My Look or their respective rights holders, to the extent protected by applicable law.

Third-party retailer product images, trademarks and product content remain the property of their respective owners.

No guarantee

We do not guarantee that every listed product will remain available, every price will remain unchanged, every recommendation will suit every user, or the service will always be uninterrupted.

Limitation of responsibility

Select My Look is not responsible for transactions completed directly with third-party retailers, including delivery, returns, refunds, product defects or retailer service issues. Contact the relevant retailer for help with a purchase.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes to the service

Select My Look may add, remove or modify features, Style Edits, retailers or services over time.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version and update date will appear on this page. Continued use of the service after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
